Terms of Service

Famtick is a shared household organizer offering calendars, schedules, tasks, shopping lists, reminders, chat, invitations, notifications, and optional third-party integrations. Features may change as the service develops.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. Famtick is not directed to children under 13. A child may participate only through an account created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding what information is appropriate to share in a family space.

Provide accurate information, protect your password, and keep access to your email and devices secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security. Tell us promptly at info@famtick.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Invite links and codes give access to a shared space. Share them only with people you trust. A space owner may manage members, invitations, and the space name.

You retain ownership of content you enter. You give Famtick a limited permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the service.

Content added to a shared space can be seen, changed, completed, or removed by other authorized members according to their permissions. Do not upload confidential or sensitive information unless you intend to share it with those members. Private features, including the private cycle calendar, are not shared with the space.

Do not use Famtick unlawfully; harm, threaten, or impersonate others; upload malicious code; attempt to bypass security or access another account or space; scrape or overload the service; send spam; or upload content that infringes another person's rights. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or the law.

Push notifications, email, location suggestions, maps, imported event information, and Google Calendar connections depend on your device or third-party services. They are optional and may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. Do not rely on Famtick for emergencies, medical care, safety-critical reminders, travel check-in, or any situation where a missed alert could cause harm.

When you connect a third-party service, its own terms and privacy practices also apply. You may disconnect optional integrations in your account settings.

We aim to keep Famtick reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may maintain, update, modify, or discontinue features. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of material changes that negatively affect users.

Famtick, its branding, software, design, and original materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of Famtick to you.

You may stop using Famtick and delete your account from the account panel. Deleting a space may affect every member and its shared content. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, unlawful conduct, or a security risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Famtick is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of data, or missed plans caused by use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights. If you are an EU, EEA, or UK consumer, your statutory protections remain unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Famtick's operator is established, without taking away mandatory protections available where you live. Consumers may bring claims in the courts available under applicable consumer law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally.

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal, or security changes. The effective date above will be updated, and material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them.
