Privacy Policy

Famtick stores only the data needed for the app to work:

• email address and display name (for sign-in and recognition inside a space),
• your chosen avatar image,
• calendar day marks, notes, reminders, events and the daily schedule,
• shopping list and task entries, including any locations you save,
• device details used to deliver push notifications, if you enable them,
• if you use the private cycle calendar: the days you mark and your cycle settings. This is health information, visible only to you, never shared with your space, and removed together with your account.

All data is tied to your account and to the space you belong to. You can switch between spaces; data in one space is never visible to members of another.

Your password is never stored as plain text. Authentication runs through a secured data server that hashes passwords one way (bcrypt). All traffic between the app and the server uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access is protected by row-level security rules, so each user can only reach data from their own spaces.

You can review your data in the app at any time: day marks, notes, reminders, events, schedule, shopping list and tasks are all visible in their tabs. Your email address and chosen avatar appear in the My account panel (top right).

Under the GDPR you may request deletion of your account and all related data. You can do this directly in the app: open My account → Password and account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, notes, reminders, calendar marks, tasks, schedule and the spaces you created. The action cannot be undone.
